Originally from Cork, Sally is a multi-award winning writer, actor and sketch and musical comedian living in London.  

 

She is the Irish third of critically acclaimed sketch group Muriel (Winners of both the 2017 So You Think You're Funny sketch competition and the 2017 Leicester Square Sketch-Off.) Their online videos have amassed 100 million views and been featured in dozens of international publications including Evening Standard, ITV News, Time Out, and Daily Mail among others. Their most recent sketch She's Asking For It broke the record becoming BBC Three's most watched sketch of all time.
Their critically-acclaimed live show Bad Master enjoyed a sold out run at the Edinburgh Fringe and two sold out runs at the Soho Theatre

 

She is also one half of music comedy duo Stiff and Kitsch (We Got Ticket Musical Comedy Awards Winners 2018 and Vault Comedy Award winners 2017)) Their 5* reviewed musical comedy stage show Adele Is Younger Than Us and Bricking It have sold out at the Edinburgh Fringe since 2016, aswell as venues across the UK and Ireland. Their music videos have been viewed over half a million times and have been featured by The Hook, Fab Magazine Comedy Central UK and BBC3. Their first musical Another Girl is currently in development.

As a writer she currently has her first original comedy pilot ‘Holy Mary’ commissioned by UKTV Gold and Merman as part of its female script writers initiative with Comedy 50:50. She was also a writer on Buffering (ITV2 Series 2 - 2 episodes),  series 2 and 3 of ‘The Emily Atack Show’  and on series 5 and 6 of  Iain Sterling’s CelebAbility (ITV2) Other work includes NewsJack and The Now Show  - BBC Radio 4, Fond of A Jar (development with Deadpan Pictures) and she was shortlisted for the BAFTA comedy writing competition in 2018. 


As an actor, she can be seen in Breeders (Sky/FX), The Emily Atack Show (ITV2), Buffering (ITV2) and Nowhere Fast (RTE)
